We may process your name, email, language, order history, payment status and reference, support communications, IP address, and technical logs needed for security and fraud prevention. We do not store cryptocurrency private keys or seed phrases.
2. Why we use it
We use information to create and protect your account, process orders, deliver products, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain accounting records, and meet applicable obligations.
3. Service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that help operate the service, such as hosting, email, and Heleket for payment processing. The blockchain used for payment may publicly record transaction-related data.
4. Security and retention
We use access controls, strengthened administrator authentication, and encryption for stored gift-card codes. We retain information as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
5. Your requests
You may request access, correction, updates, or other applicable actions by emailing support@adremycards.com. We may request reasonable identity verification before processing a request.
6. Digital delivery confirmation
Delivery emails may include a minimal technical image that lets us approximately record whether the message was loaded. Some email providers preload images, so this signal alone does not prove that a person read the message. When you press “Show code” on the private order page, we record the date and number of reveals to handle claims, protect the digital product, and prevent fraud. We do not use these signals for advertising.
7. Cookies and preferences
The store uses essential session cookies to sign you in and protect forms. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally on your device and is not used for advertising.
